Surly the first question asked by most serious Waterfowl Hunters is:
“What about freezing up in the late season hunts?”
Decoyl has freezer tested their rewind units time and time again.
Throughout production, Decoyl units are randomly taken from the box and put into water for no less than 6 hours. After that time the units are put directly into a freezer with temps at zero degrees F.
The Decoyl units are left in the freezer for no less than 10 hours and removed for testing.
Even after 10 hours of Zero temps, the Decoyl freeze free line pulls out of the box with a quick pop to free the spool. The units will pay out all 20 feet of line even after freezing for 10 hours!
Once the units are placed into the water for the hunt, they are at that time back into a frost free environment beneath the surface of the water. |
